A Leader Built Through Experience
Jeffrey Price Jr. is a veteran, entrepreneur, author, and leadership strategist known for helping people lead with clarity and build with purpose. His journey into leadership did not start on a stage. It started in structure, discipline, and responsibility.
Jeffrey served in the United States Army as a transportation and logistics specialist, where he developed a deep understanding of leadership under pressure, execution, and accountability. His time in the military shaped how he approaches leadership today, with clarity, consistency, and ownership at the center of everything he does.
After transitioning into the civilian world, Jeffrey carried that same mindset into business. He founded PLAN Logistics Solutions and built it from the ground up into a multi-million dollar transportation company, partnering with hundreds of carriers across the country. That journey was not built on theory. It was built through real decisions, real pressure, and real responsibility. Through it, he learned how to lead when things are uncertain, how to make decisions without perfect information, and how to grow something that lasts without taking shortcuts.
Today, Jeffrey operates at the intersection of leadership and execution through his personal brand, where he serves as a speaker, coach, and author. He works with corporate teams, entrepreneurs, schools, and veterans transitioning into the workforce, helping them develop the structure, discipline, and mindset required to lead well and build effectively. His work is grounded in two core areas: leadership, helping people lead where they are through communication, consistency, and culture, and pioneering, helping builders and visionaries create what they are called to build with clarity, structure, and endurance.
Many people know Jeffrey as the Chief Encouragement Officer, not as a formal title, but as a reflection of how he leads. He believes leadership is not just about direction, it is about building people. Whether he is in a boardroom, a classroom, or on a stage, his focus remains the same: to bring clarity, strengthen confidence, and help people move forward with intention.
Jeffrey’s work is driven by a simple belief. People do not need more information. They need clarity, structure, and the courage to execute. Leadership is responsibility. Growth is intentional. And building something meaningful requires consistency over time.
He continues to lead, build, and serve with a commitment to helping people grow where they are and step into what they are called to create.
